PYCC Ltd is a respected Quantity Surveying Consultancy providing specialist commercial management and Quantity Surveying Services from pre-contract feasibility and procurement, delivery of construction and through final account resolution.We have over 40 years of experience in implementing commercial management strategies and problem solving for a diverse range of customers and clients in the construction and civil engineering industries. Specialising in estimating and measurement of construction works prior to tender, producing the bill of quantities; producing tender documentation and managing the tender process; scrutinise and evaluate tenders; and manage the resultant contract through monthly valuations, variations & change control, contract administration and assessment of claims.

After the Quantity Surveyor has carried out all the estimating and measurements of the construction work, they produce the bill of quantities, and tender documentation. The bill of quantities lists all the items required for constructing the construction project. These tendering documents enable all of the construction material and labour activities to be quantified so that competing contractors can submit their priced tenders. Because all the tenders are based on exactly the same schedule of information, the Quantity Surveyor can clarify, evaluate and compare all the tenders from competing builders, and identify the best one.
Once the project is underway, the Surveyor must then be able to manage the contracts through monthly valuations, variations control, and claims assessments. Finally, when the project is complete, Surveyors produce a final report of all the costs.
